Enhanced visibility comments

To make it easier to monitor activity in comments, we have added a notification icon (bell symbol), which is now also visible when the "Notes + Comments" column is collapsed. This ensures that information about new comments and thread status changes is immediately noticeable, even without expanding the section.

In response to user needs, we’ve introduced a new feature – Comments Report. Now, workspace users can easily download a summary of all discussions within a given measurement. The report is accessible from the thread list – clicking the new button opens a dialog where export details can be configured.

We’re making 21prim even more intuitive and efficient! Our latest update includes:

We’ve introduced a new functionality to the Notes panel to make managing information and communication in 21prim even easier.

The recently introduced Move&Copy feature has been further enhanced to increase its flexibility and usability.

This release centers on making it easier and faster to organize dimensioning objects across your measurements. By introducing a new copy/move feature, we’re helping you build consistent structures without repetitive manual setup. At the same time, we’ve refined how roles are presented within the workspace and improved how you navigate and reference blog content.

Today's update puts a spotlight on improving how you interact with 21prim. By letting you define your own workspace order, refining how search results are presented, and clarifying the distinctions between types of note, we're making it easier to navigate, find, and share exactly what you need. Alongside these major enhancements, we've also introduced a few smaller optimizations to keep your experience running smoothly.

Today's update brings a significant improvement to search functionality within the application, alongside several optimizations and fixes.

Enhanced search results: Now, each search result displays the originating workspace, making it much easier to navigate to the relevant item. This allows you to make informed decisions about which workspace item to select - whether it's because it contains valuable examples or because you wish to avoid certain workspaces that may be used for training or experimentation.

Today's release brings several valuable updates, starting with improvements in workspace management.

The new Admin role in workspaces enables more than one user to manage access permissions - a responsibility previously limited to the Owner. Admins, like Owners, do not need to consume a workspace license unless they require access to documents and measurements, as these are purely management roles. In contrast, the Member role consumes a license and provides access to perform measurements but carries no administrative privileges. Owners retain authority over all access and workspace settings, though access to documents and measurements depends on whether they are also assigned as a Member.

This week's update brings several refinements aimed at enhancing your experience with 21prim.

We've added tooltips to help you use @mentions in notes during measurements, making it easier to reference specific objects and improve collaboration.

We are thrilled to announce the release of our new universal search feature. You can now search across all materials you have access to within the application. No longer do you need to remember which measurement contained a specific comment or which document you created measurements for to find the right one. Simply recall any keyword that was part of a document name, measurement, measurement object (like a movement in COSMIC), a fragment of a note on measurement, or even a comment added to a measurement object.

We've changed how the handy workspace list functions. Workspaces are now listed in the order you received access to them, providing a consistent arrangement. You can expand the workspace panel to see full workspace names and your roles, improving navigation.

We're planning to introduce manual reordering of workspaces soon. Stay tuned for this feature in the coming weeks.

We've optimized the layout to provide more space for your notes, making them easier to read and edit. Information next to notes has been reorganized to maximize workspace.

The application now remembers the last page you were working on in a measurement. When you return, you'll be taken directly back to where you left off, saving you time.

We've also enhanced the notes feature by displaying keyboard shortcuts for formatting when you hover over icons, making note taking more efficient.

We've added powerful new sorting options to your lists, allowing you to organize documents and measurements more effectively. You can now sort items by creation date, type, name, and other attributes, giving you greater control over how you view and manage your data. The sorted results are intelligently grouped, making it easier to navigate through extensive lists and quickly find what you're looking for.
