Custom Workspace order, smarter searches and more
Today's update puts a spotlight on improving how you interact with 21prim. By letting you define your own workspace order, refining how search results are presented, and clarifying the distinctions between types of note, we're making it easier to navigate, find, and share exactly what you need. Alongside these major enhancements, we've also introduced a few smaller optimizations to keep your experience running smoothly.
Reordering Workspaces for easier navigation
You can now arrange your workspaces according to your personal workflow. Instead of relying on the order in which access was granted, you're free to drag and drop workspaces into a custom sequence, for example placing your most frequently accessed ones at the top. To set this up, simply expand the workspace list so the full names are visible, and then move each entry wherever you prefer.
Smarter search results
When looking for information, every second counts. That's why search results now prioritize freshness when multiple items have the same relevance score. Newer items appear first, allowing you to spot the most recently created measurements objects more efficiently. While this isn't a deep overhaul, it's a subtle improvement that makes your search experience feel more aligned with current activities.
Clearer names of note types
Notes attached to measurements now have more intuitive labels. You can instantly distinguish between notes that are visible to external viewers via shared links - Public, and those intended for internal team members only - Internal.
Additional improvements
Beyond these core changes, we've made it more reliable to copy measurement share links, ensured that tutorials boxes appear only where they provide real value, and implemented a brief lock on the save button while data is processing to prevent accidental multiple actions. Under the hood, a dynamic sitemap and optimized configuration help improve search engine visibility and performance, ensuring our platform remains responsive and easy to discover.
