  • A Workspace is a shared space where you can invite teammates and clients to work on measurements together.
  • Workspaces are designed to be a space for you to organize your documents and measurement, and invite people to work with you. You may have different needs for different Workspaces, so you can create as many as you need.
  • Register an account and create a Workspace. Then select the upgrade option, fill in the information about how many users you want to have access to workspace and whether you decide to pay an annual or monthly fee. We will get back to you with an order confirmation and a pro forma invoice for payment. Once the funds are transferred, the parameters of your Workspace will be changed according to your order.
  • When you decide to purchase access, we will issue an appropriate pro forma invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
  • Yes. We issue a VAT invoice and send it electronically after each access payment made.
  • Yes. The cost of access in a given month for a new user will be proportional to the remaining time in the current billing period.
  • Yes, but you’ll still pay the remainder of the term for the plan you signed up for.
  • Workspace will change the access settings to Basic level. You will still have access to documents and measurements that were created earlier, but you may be restricted when editing or adding new objects according to the Basic plan rules.
