Improvements in workspace management
Today's release brings several valuable updates, starting with improvements in workspace management.
The new Admin role in workspaces enables more than one user to manage access permissions - a responsibility previously limited to the Owner. Admins, like Owners, do not need to consume a workspace license unless they require access to documents and measurements, as these are purely management roles. In contrast, the Member role consumes a license and provides access to perform measurements but carries no administrative privileges. Owners retain authority over all access and workspace settings, though access to documents and measurements depends on whether they are also assigned as a Member.
We've also enhanced access denial messages, making them clearer and providing actionable next steps where possible, so you'll know exactly what to do to regain access when needed.
Next, we implemented site optimizations to improve visibility in search engines and social media, and to make adding a shortcut to your device's home screen easier. This update ensures that 21prim is more accessible and shareable across platforms.
Additionally, we refined how data is stored in your browser's local storage, such as tracking read tooltips to prevent them from reappearing unnecessarily, and included minor bug fixes to improve overall stability and user experience.
