Seamless communication and better organization – comment and note updates

A month ago, we introduced a new standard for comment management (Setting a new standard for comment management), and today, we’re taking it a step further!
Automatic update of comment threads
Now, the thread list updates dynamically, allowing for smoother tracking of ongoing discussions. Finding new messages and monitoring progress has never been easier.
How does dynamic comment refreshing work?
- Every 60 seconds, we check for new comments in the measurement. If any are found, the thread list updates automatically;
- If you add a comment, copy, or delete a shift, the update happens immediately;
- Changing a thread’s status to "unread" automatically collapses the comment list within the measurement, making it easier to organize your view.
Thanks to this update, teamwork on measurements becomes even more convenient! These improvements make team communication even more dynamic, ensuring smoother collaboration on projects.
Even better note organization
We haven’t forgotten about notes, which are just as important and essential as the comment feature. You can read about how they work in the entry Refinements aimed at enhancing your experience with 21prim and learn about their improved layout here: Enhanced list usability and note layout.
Now, using notes is even more intuitive:
- Always up-to-date list – see the latest notes without needing to refresh manually;
- Recently edited notes appear at the top – making it easier to find the most recent updates;
- Automatic focus – when opening a note, you’ll jump directly to the newly added text without having to scroll through everything;
- Full synchronization – everything saves and updates in real time, preventing any loss of important information.
These improvements make working with notes more efficient, even when dealing with large amounts of content.
Fixes and optimizations – better performance and fewer errors
We are continuously improving our tool’s performance by eliminating unnecessary background processes. We quickly detected an issue where our new landing page was causing unnecessary load – this has now been fixed. Additionally, we corrected structured data for changelog entries, eliminating incorrect URLs.
